    Event Starts: November 11, 2025

    The 2025 annual meeting is scheduled for November 11, 2025 via Zoom at 12:00 PM CST.

    There is one position up for vote this year. If you are interested in running for a board seat, please complete the nomination form no later than 5:00 PM CST October 20, 2025.
